Booking Terms & Refund Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will require payment of 50% of the treatment price.

As a courtesy, a first late cancellation or no-show may receive a one-time warning. This is at our discretion.

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened.
We will do our best, but results cannot be guaranteed. -
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
Payment & Refund

Payment is made in person by card after your appointment.

We do not require deposits at the time of booking.

We do not offer refunds.

If you are unhappy with your nails, we offer a free fix within 7 days of your appointment.

The fix must be booked with us and applies only to the original service.

Free fixes do not apply in cases of:

Nail damage caused by picking, biting, accidents, or misuse

Normal wear and tear

Changes requested after leaving the appointment (length, shape, colour preference)
Service Suitability

We reserve the right to refuse or change a service if it is not suitable for your natural nails, nail health, or durability.

Our priority is nail health and long-lasting results.
