Booking Terms & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will require payment of 50% of the treatment price.

  • As a courtesy, a first late cancellation or no-show may receive a one-time warning. This is at our discretion.

  • If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened.
    We will do our best, but results cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

Payment & Refund

  • Payment is made in person by card after your appointment.

  • We do not require deposits at the time of booking.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If you are unhappy with your nails, we offer a free fix within 7 days of your appointment.

  • The fix must be booked with us and applies only to the original service.

Free fixes do not apply in cases of:

  • Nail damage caused by picking, biting, accidents, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Changes requested after leaving the appointment (length, shape, colour preference)

Service Suitability

  • We reserve the right to refuse or change a service if it is not suitable for your natural nails, nail health, or durability.

  • Our priority is nail health and long-lasting results.
